Tai-Chi classes ​have had a presence in Whickham Community Centre for several years now, but the origins of Tai-Chi go back much further.

 

Tai-Chi as practiced many years ago was a fighting form, but over the years the emphasis has changed and it's became more popular for its' health benefits.
