​Over the past year we have developed quite a few routines to all different types of music. Sometimes we incorporate floor work. At present we are trying out our skills with different types of apparatus. The lesson plan develops over a number of weeks so all class members ​are able to achieve a sense of satisfaction and, if for some reason you have to miss a week or two, it is easy to catch up.  

 

This is a friendly, fun class - once you try it you will feel the benefits.
